We work with real stock — no standard order manufacturing. Delivery time depends on the model and current availability. Within 48 hours we confirm the exact delivery date. If your chosen model is in replenishment, we let you know immediately.

Yes. We have an exhibition and storage centre where you can see the models. Visit by appointment — write to us and we will organise it.

Houses are transported folded on a truck. On site, a technician deploys the structure mechanically using a crane-boom in a single day. Basic connections (water, electricity) are prepared for connection.

The structures are self-supporting. You only need level, compacted ground or support points (ground screws, no civil works). They are also wheeled: they can be mounted on wheeled chassis — functionally equivalent to a large-format motorhome. Ground preparation is the client's responsibility.

Crane trucks can overcome slopes and obstacles. Access feasibility is assessed in the quote based on your exact location.

Yes, fixed price, no surprises. Includes: full structure + mechanical deployment on your land. Does not include: heavy transport (quoted separately based on distance and access).

The design is ready for extras (porches, terraces, photovoltaic), but they are currently in technical and economic validation. Not available yet. Leave your contact and we will notify you when ready.

Models are standard catalogue items — windows and layouts are not modified. The exception is custom special orders, which require prior technical assessment and a personalised quote.
